Note: There are two quick steps to setting up a test website: this page and an even shorter page that follows. Creating an account for a test website costs nothing, and you need not be a Guild member to build a test site, but you must be a Guild member to activate your site. Guild dues, which are based on your writing income, are $90 per year (which works out to $7.50 per month) for most members. There are many other benefits to Guild membership, including help with publishing contracts and access to discounted health insurance.
