Vincent Peppe is a business, media, and technology attorney. Vincent has over 25 years’ experience handling complex business, entertainment, intellectual property, and technology transactions and disputes. In the media industry, he has represented authors, literary estates, screenwriters, production companies, recording artists, songwriters, record labels, music publishers, and music festivals. In the business world, he has represented entrepreneurs, startup and growth stage companies, technology firms, and investors. Vincent has held positions as Director & Counsel for Internet & New Media at SESAC, the performing rights organization and as General Counsel and Director of Licensing at Naxos, the world's leading classical music label. He also served as Vice President for Digital Distribution at GameZnFlix, where he developed one of the first subscription services for delivering movies to computers and mobile devices. From 2014 to 2019, Vincent was on the faculty of Belmont University where he taught copyright law and music publishing. He is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music and Brooklyn Law School, where he was an editor of the Brooklyn Law Review.
