A F Gillotti
As an English major at Yale and graduate student in English at the University of North Carolina, my desire was to write novels. After twenty-seven years as an international banker, I succeeded. My subject matter is international finance and its underside, generally depicted as greed. To my delight, both Death of a Shipowner and Skim, originally published under my nom de plume, Thomas Henege, have been reissued recently because of their timeliness. My most recent novel, George Evans (2013) is a look back at banking the way it used to be done in London and New York, with a handshake and honesty. I hope there are more novels still in me.
