Sara H. McFerrin
Sara McFerrin is an author of Southern fiction and cozy mysteries. Launching a career in writing at age 72, she has written a novel and two mysteries in a series as well as a non-fiction book entitled Raney Days" The David G. Raney Family and Their Antebellum Home." Previous to her full time engagement in writing mysteries, she wrote a weekly newspaper column in the 80s, free lanced as a short story writer, and contributed regularly to Senior Living.
McFerrin now lives in Apalachicola, Florida, with Phil, her husband of fifty-eight years, and their speckled pup, Freckles. She is currently working on a series of cozy mysteries of the adventures of four dynamic Southern women who live in north Alabama in the 1950s. The series will be available March, 2017.
