Onnesha Roychoudhuri is a Brooklyn-based writer and editor. She is currently at work on her first novel as well as a collection of essays. Her book Go to Hells: An Updated Guide to Dante’s Underworld will be published in April 2015.
A 2013 fellow at the Center for Fiction, her writing has appeared in n+1, Virginia Quarterly Review, The Boston Review, McSweeney’s, The Rumpus, Opium, The Nation, The American Prospect, Salon, Mother Jones, and others. She is a 2011 and 2012 Pushcart Prize nominee, and has been awarded residencies at Hedgebrook and Blue Mountain Center.
