EMPLOYMENT

1963 to 1970 Police officer, Detective, Police Sgt, Police Lt. in Los Angeles County at
West Covina, Calif. While a police Sgt he was awarded the Medal of Valor for
Saving the life of a fallen officer during an engagement with an armed and barricaded suspect. Was the commander of Special Weapons and Tactics unit, selected as the officer of the year in 1968.

1970 to 1990 Special Agent, FBI , Retired in 1990. While serving as an FBI Agent he was a successful hostage negotiator. He was team leader for the FBI Special Weapons and Tactics unit. He participated in numerous tactical operations against heavily armed and well organized criminal and paramilitary subjects. He was assigned to the US Senate to take charge of the investigative staff there for the U.S Senate Committee on Investigations under John McCain. He received 17 incentive awards and numerous citations by the Director for exceptional service. He worked the largest public corruption case in FBI history resulting in over 200 convictions of elected public officials. He was cited by the U.S. Senate Committee on Investigation for exception service to the US Senate. He was assigned to organized crime-drugs in Miami. He worked the Miami connection of the John Gotti case. He went undercover in Columbia as a transporter of cocaine from the Columbia Cartel to the Mob. In this capacity he commanded a vessel using his skills as a licensed US Coast Guard Captain.

1990 -1991 Employed by the U. S. State Department and served in foreign countries.
1991 to 1995 Recalled by the FBI to take one more undercover assignment in Columbia.

1995 to present President of Critical Resources, Inc.
Critical Resources Inc. provides former FBI Special Agent to conduct corporate related investigations and consults on corporate security matters. This would include preparation for litigation, protection of corporate officers and intelligence related to corporate matters.

MARITIME EXPERIENCE

USCG license since 1989 – Captain- Master near coastal 100 Ton, power, steam or sail
Lifetime sailing experience, Licensed sailing instructor,
Charter boat Captain for 20 ton sailing vessels
Captain for US Government vessels operating from Miami to South America 25 ton to 500 ton
