ANGELS of BAGHDAD - A Navy SEAL's Odyssey in War and Peace (Part II)
Marc is a former Navy SEAL sniper and a professional explorer for expeditions featured on Nat Geo Channel and Discovery Channel.
It was Marc's job to plan and execute a 35,000 mile journey to The Pulse Points of the Planet’s Health aboard a global sailing vessel captained by Sir Peter Blake.
Marc’s book SIERRA TWO covers the first 15,000 miles from New Zealand to Patagonia, Antarctica, and deep within the Amazon Jungle—it is a story of tragic death and survival in a real world odyssey.
Marc’s book SIERRA TWO, includes a nation-wide presentation that correlates the mythical journey of the warrior/protector in each of our lives as he takes you through the course of his adventures by sea, air, and land.
Marc's book ANGELS of BAGHDAD continues the adventure in times of war.
Marc finds himself in Baghdad, Iraq as part of a classified team of protectors, in the hunt for high value targets, and vehicle snipers (referred to as Juba).
To accomplish his mission, Marc is offered assistance by an unlikely group of real-world heroes. This is a story about Guardian Angels.
Marc encourages the reader—and the audience— to look at these same patterns in each of our lives…how we all travel a similar path. For Marc, he found his life could be summed up by his work to save just one life—and the affect it had on many others. This presentation is a reflection for every attendee to look at our mission as protectors and understand the difference as individuals and as a team we are making in this world…one life at a time.
