About

Tullan Holmqvist is a writer, investigator and actor in New York and Florence, Italy. Tullan is the author of psychological thrillers "The Woman in the Park" and "Lacie's Secrets" (with producer Teresa Sorkin) and stories and screenplays, including "Overbooked" (with Tara Orr of Oscar-shortlisted "Bis Gleich"), "FlashMoms," "Mom PI" (about her own Private Investigator experiences), "The First Staff" (set in the White House); a YA book manuscript, "Mimi Mastermind and Leonardo" (involving Leonardo da Vinci) and a children's book "Leo and the Storm."
Tullan’s work as a private investigator in NY has included global fraud investigations, financial due diligence and art cases. She has a master’s degree in political science from the University of Florence; literature and language degrees from universities in France and Italy; and screenwriting and acting studies at New York University, Boston University, HB Studio and with Michael Howard. Tullan has acted in film, TV and the theater, her first love.
Tullan is a proud member of International Thriller Writers, Authors Guild and New York Society Library YA and Children's Book Group.
