Whitney Stewart is a children's book author, meditation teacher, and born adventurer. She has traveled to Tibet, Nepal, India, Burma, and Japan to research books and learn meditation from Buddhist masters. She has also trained with Fleet Maull to teach mindfulness to prisoners and is registered for upcoming Cognitive-Based Compassion Training at the Tibetan Drepung Loseling Monastery in Atlanta. She teaches Mindfulness at Loyola University in New Orleans.
