Randall, a resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, specializes in copy editing, writing, and project management, areas in which he has extensive experience. His company, Randall Ponder Editing, provides expert copy editing services to businesses and individuals. He is a former manager and management consultant in the public and private sectors, and he served his country as an active-duty U.S. Army Officer. Randall is an MBA graduate of Columbia Business School, and he also has a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University. His undergraduate degree in Management is from the University of Mississippi.

He is the author of two books:
